To be eligible to apply for the Queen’s Nurse title, you must:

• be a community nurse
• be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council
• have at least three years community nursing or health visiting experience
• work in England, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.

To apply, you first need to be issued with a Unique Reference Number (URN). The next URNs will be issued in January 2017.
